Crafting Furniture. Building Futures.
Auvergne Designs is more than a furniture manufacturer. Through our QCTO Accredited Skills Academy, we are investing in the next generation of South African furniture makers, with a strong focus on youth development, female participation and practical workplace training.
Opened in 2024, the Academy enrolled 146 learners into furniture making learnerships, with 107 qualifying with an N2 qualification. Building on this success, Auvergne is expanding its learnership programmes through partnerships with government departments and industry bodies, helping to grow local skills while strengthening South African manufacturing.
